The Trust is led by an able, ambitious and experienced leadership team.
Chris French - Executive Principal
Senior leadership experience over 20 years in four different schools (ages 2-18+). Strong track record of driving improvement and particularly in schools facing considerable difficulties. Pivotal to the improvement journey of Hinde House 3-16 School, academisation, sponsorship and the transformation of two feeder Primaries, the creation of the Trust and the 2-18+ vision for learning in the area. Board Member of Learn Sheffield and South Yorkshire Futures.
Simon Winslow - Head of Hinde House Secondary
Senor leadership experience of 18 years as an AST, Deputy Head and Headteacher. Responsible for the current effectiveness of Hinde House Secondary which was graded as strongly good in 2012 and 2016. Since 1st September 2017, he has been interim Head at a north Sheffield Secondary School requiring support.
Anne Robson - Trust Inclusion Lead
Senior leadership experience of over 30 years. Leads all aspects of behaviour, safety, safeguarding, SEND and inclusion across the Trust. Involved in substantial system leadership across the city.
Jacqui Simpson - Business Director
Previously Senior Finance Manager at Sheffield City Council. Leads finance and operations across the Trust.
Linda Hoyle - Headteacher, Wincobank Nursery Infant
Previously part of the Sheffield City Council Primary Intervention Team. Has lead Wincobank from an exceptionally vulnerable position to Ofsted good in 2017. A Primary Locality Lead for Learn Sheffield.
Michelle Kouni - Headteacher, Concord Junior
Previously a School Advisor and Teaching and Learning Lead. Joined Concord in 2015 and instrumental in rapid school improvement from Special Measures.
Janice McWilliam - Head of Hinde House Primary
Senior leadership experience of 15 years at Hinde House Primary. Pivotal to its improvement to strongly good in 2012 and 2016.
Mo Nisbet - Principal Longley Park Sixth Form College
Principal of LPSFC for 10 years and instrumental in its improvement journey to good in 2015.
