Full time, half terms 1-5, term time, Permanent 33 weeks per year
Grade 4, points 7-12, currently £19,554-£21,589 (pro rata)
Working Monday to Thursday, 08:30–16.30 and Friday, 08.30–16.00 each week during half terms 1-5 (plus an additional 9 days during half term 6)

We are looking to recruit an individual to join one of our Cross College teams, who has a flexible approach to supporting students and will play a role in the continued development of learning support in the college, working closely with the Student Support Manager (Learning).
The role will include supporting students to overcome barriers to learning; this will involve providing individual support on a one to one basis to students with additional needs, the delivery of support in the classroom, and liaison with parents/ carers and teachers to secure the best outcomes for the student.
Experience of working with young people with additional needs, general educational qualifications at level three and good communication and organisational skill are needed.
